Refund & Cancellation

1. Our Role as an Intermediary

​Please understand that Aman the Lakeside acts as a facilitator between the guest and the property owner. Therefore, all refund and cancellation requests are subject to the final approval and terms of the specific hotel or resort you have booked through our agency.

​2. Cancellation Process

​To initiate a cancellation, guests must contact AAsif or the Aman the Lakeside support team via our official email or contact number.

​Cancellation requests must include your Booking ID, Guest Name, and Check-in dates.

​Standard Cancellation Window: Most properties require a notice of at least 48 to 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time for a valid refund request.

​3. Refund Eligibility

​Full Refund: If a cancellation is made within the property’s "Free Cancellation" window, a full refund of the room tariff will be initiated.

​Partial Refund: Cancellations made outside the free window may incur a "One-Night Charge" or a percentage fee as per the hotel’s policy.

​No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a "No-Show," and no refund will be issued.

​4. Non-Refundable Service Fees

​While we facilitate the refund from the hotel, any nominal service or processing fees charged by Aman the Lakeside for the professional management of your booking are non-refundable.

​5. Refund Processing Time

​Once a refund is approved by the partner property:

​AAsif and our finance team will process the transaction within 5-7 business days.

​The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.

​6. Special Circumstances

​In case of natural disasters, lakeside weather warnings, or government-imposed travel restrictions, Aman the Lakeside will work as your advocate to secure the maximum possible refund or a free reschedule from the property owners.

At Aman the Lakeside, managed by AAsif, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable booking experience. As an Independent Booking Agency (Middleman), our cancellation and refund procedures are designed to align with the specific policies of our partner hotels and lakeside properties.
