1. Our Role as a Facilitator (Middleman Disclosure)

​Aman the Lakeside, operated by AAsif, acts strictly as a Third-Party Booking Agency (Intermediary). We do not own, manage, or operate the hotels, resorts, or lakeside properties listed on this website. Our role is to facilitate the reservation between you (the traveler) and the Service Provider (the Hotel).

​2. Booking and Confirmation

​All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective property.

​Once a booking is initiated, Asif and the team at Aman the Lakeside will coordinate with the hotel to secure your reservation.

​A booking is considered "Confirmed" only after you receive a formal confirmation voucher from our agency.

​3. Pricing and Payments

​The prices displayed on our website are provided by the partner properties. We strive for 100% transparency; however, any additional local taxes or resort fees charged by the hotel at checkout are the responsibility of the guest.

​AAsif ensures that the payment process is secure. Any booking fees charged by our agency are for the professional facilitation of your travel arrangements.

​4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

​As a middleman agency, Aman the Lakeside follows the specific cancellation policy of the hotel or property you have booked.

​If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least [Insert Hours, e.g., 48-72] hours before check-in.

​Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the property approves the request. Any service fees charged by the agency are non-refundable.

​5. Limitation of Liability

​Since we are an independent agent, AAsif and Aman the Lakeside are not responsible for:

​The actual condition of the hotel rooms or services provided on-site.

​Any loss, injury, or damage sustained by the guest during their stay at the partner property.

​Discrepancies between the photos provided by the hotel and the actual premises.

​6. User Responsibilities

​Users must provide accurate personal and payment information. Misrepresentation of identity or fraudulent bookings will lead to immediate cancellation and reporting to relevant authorities, including Google Ads compliance teams.
